Work through Before Help Arrives™. If you don't feel more ready for the emergencies it covers, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no questions.

How to ask for a refund Email hello@beforehelparrives.org from the address you bought with, or reply to your Gumroad receipt. Include your order number if you have it.

What happens next We'll process the refund through Gumroad within 3 business days. Your bank or card provider usually shows it within 5–10 business days. Once refunded, the download link stops working.

After 30 days If something went wrong with a purchase (a duplicate charge, or a file that won't open), contact us at any time and we'll put it right.
